Description
Printed silk shirt made in Athens from 100% locally-sourced silk crepe.
The print featured on this shirt was developed with the use of machine learning software and generative coding in order to visually represent a series of dream notes of a mariner signing as S.G., found in the old archives of a now defunct vessel. The result was a series of abstract colourful seascapes and images oscillating between states of heaven and hell, shown here in a grid layout.
Wide fit on the body and sleeves. Unstructured spread collar, mother of pearl SERAPIS buttons, tonal stitching throughout, no front button placket.
From the ‘Let The Sea Resound, And All That Is In It: Part 2 (Hippocampus)’ collection.
